Effective Date: 21/05/2025

Welcome to Creed Automation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.creedautomation.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

  1. Our Services
We provide services related to smart homes, BMS/BEMS, HVAC controls, industrial automation, and energy management solutions. Services are initiated upon direct contact via email through our contact page. No direct sales or transactions are completed through the website itself.

  2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Creed Automation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

  3. User Representations

  5. Products
We do not sell products directly through this website. Any parts, components, or hardware and software required for services are sourced and provided as part of a service agreement made following direct communication via email.

·       The procurement and use of parts are based solely on an agreement reached between Creed Automation and the client after successful communication via email.

·       All purchases are finalized through email correspondence. We do not take responsibility for the functionality, warranty, or suitability of the parts, as these are sourced from third-party manufacturers.

·       Ownership of any parts remains with Creed Automation until full payment has been received. Parts are not considered the property of the client until payment is completed in full.

·       We reserve the right to recover any parts or components that have not been paid for in accordance with the agreed terms.

6.      Purchases and Payment
All service agreements and payments are arranged following direct communication via email. Payments may be structured in stages at our discretion, depending on the nature and scope of the work.

·       We may require staged payments, including an initial deposit and upfront payment for materials before work begins.

·       Further payments may be requested at defined stages of the project, with the final balance due upon completion of the job.

·       The number of payment stages and the percentage breakdowns are determined by Creed Automation and will be communicated to the client in advance or during the course of the project.

·       In the event of unforeseen circumstances, a contingency may be added to cover additional costs necessary to complete the work.

·       Extras not included in the original scope of work may also be added to the final invoice. These extras can be agreed upon verbally during the job or may be required due to unforeseen conditions that arise during project execution.

·       All sales and agreements are finalized through these communications. No part of the work or materials will be deemed the property of the client until payment is made in full for all invoiced amounts.

  1. Return/Refunds Policy
